Contract manufacturing in our skincare lab offers you the ability to create custom products without the need for your own production facilities. We partner with you to develop and manufacture your unique formulations, handling everything from ingredient sourcing to packaging. Our lab ensures quality control at every step, producing products that align with your brand vision. Whether you’re starting a new skincare line or expanding your product range, our turnkey solutions provide a seamless and efficient process to bring your products to market.

What to expect

Innova LT Inc offers custom product formulation services for orders starting at 5 liters per product. If you require multiple products, each must meet the 5-liter minimum. Some exceptions may apply, so please feel free to enquire.

Formulating a product from scratch typically takes 3 to 6 months, depending on the complexity of the formula and specific requirements. This process involves researching ingredients, conducting stability and compatibility tests, producing samples, and allowing time for client feedback. It may take longer if additional testing or revisions are required before final approval. Some regulatory and compliance requirements can also impact the timeline, especially if the product must meet specific certifications like organic or cruelty-free standards.

What costs to expect

Formulation fees start at $100/hr for simple formulas and may increase to $250/hr for more complex ones. A 50% deposit is required upfront.
Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) between Innova LT Inc and your company.
Email us detailed product specifications to our lab team.
We’ll provide a cost estimate for production.
Pay the remaining formulation fee.
A 75% deposit for production costs is required before formulation.
We source raw materials for your products if not in our inventory.
You’ll receive product samples for approval.
Once approved, we’ll begin production and provide an ETA for your finished goods.
Filling Fee: If Innova LT Inc fills your product, there is a $0.50 per bottle fee (excluding the cost of bottles, jars, or tops).
Packaging Components: If sending your own packaging, you will need to send all parts needed to package the product. Please coordinate delivery of bottles, jars, tops, and seals with our filling department.
Labeling: If you want us to apply your labels, send them to us or send a completed design and we will have it printed for you. There’s a $0.50 fee per label.
Sourcing Packaging: We can source packaging or use your components; costs vary depending on the kind of packaging you choose.
Case Packs & Pallets: If specific box sizes or pallets are required, we can either source them or accept yours.
Shipping & Billing: Shipping, palletizing ($45/pallet), and any additional costs will be included in your final invoice.
