A project becomes binding only when formal agreements are executed, such as:

• Formulation agreements

• Non-disclosure agreements

• Manufacturing contracts

• Purchase orders

Until such agreements exist, all discussions are non-binding.

5. Quotes, Estimates & Pricing

All pricing, quotes, and estimates provided by Innova are:

• Non-binding

• Subject to change without notice

• Dependent on final formulation, packaging, testing, and material costs

• Valid only for the period stated on the quote or invoice

A project is confirmed only when a written agreement or payment is executed and acknowledged.​

 

6. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

Innova LT Inc is strictly a cosmetic manufacturer.

We do not:

• Formulate medical or drug products

• Permit therapeutic or disease-treatment claims

• Provide medical advice

You agree not to request or publish claims that violate FDA, MoCRA, or other global cosmetic regulations.​

7. Confidentiality

Information submitted to Innova may be treated as confidential; however, confidentiality is not guaranteed unless a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed.

We do not accept unsolicited ideas under any implied confidentiality.

8. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of cosmetic development and manufacturing, the following policies apply:

A. Payment Terms

Payment terms for formulation, sampling, raw materials, pilot runs, and manufacturing will be stated in the applicable invoice or written agreement.

Work begins only after required deposits are received.

B. Refunds for Services

All fees related to R&D, formulation, consulting, and sample production are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Custom formulation fees

• Sample batch fees

• Ingredient procurement costs

• Laboratory evaluation or stability-testing fees

These services involve time, materials, and expertise that cannot be recovered.

C. Refunds for Manufactured Goods

All products produced by Innova LT Inc are custom-made to client specifications; therefore:

• All manufactured goods are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Changes of mind

  • Incorrect artwork or labels submitted by the client

  • Formula or stability issues arising from ingredients the client requested

  • Regulatory compliance issues outside Innova’s control

  • Product performance or marketing claims made by the client after delivery

D. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before:

• Product development has begun

• Raw materials have been sourced or purchased

• Component orders have been placed

• Production or batching has begun

Once these steps occur, cancellation is no longer possible, and deposits become non-refundable.

E. Damaged or Defective Goods

If goods arrive with a manufacturing defect attributable to Innova, we will:

• Evaluate the defect

• Remake or replace the affected quantity

• Or issue partial credit, at our discretion

Damage caused by shipping carriers, freight handlers, customs, or improper storage after delivery is not covered.

F. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Innova constitutes a breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service relationships arising from chargeback abuse.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to external websites.

We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of those sites.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not warrant that:
