Innova Laboratory Technologies is a cosmetic formulation, research and contract manufacturing company with production operations in Palm Springs, California, and a presence in Germany supporting research and European market services.
With over 20 years of experience, our multidisciplinary team brings together backgrounds in cosmetic science, medicine, biotechnology, drug delivery systems and pharmaceutical compounding. Our work connects the creativity of product development with the technical demands of stability, quality, regulatory readiness and manufacturing. We consider how a product will be made, tested and brought to market—not simply how it performs as a first laboratory sample.
We work with emerging founders, established beauty brands and development partners seeking practical scientific expertise and a hands-on manufacturing relationship.

Our US manufacturing operations follow cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice principles aligned with ISO 22716. Quality considerations are integrated into formulation development, raw material review, batch production and stability evaluation.
Where specialized testing or independent assessment is required, we coordinate with qualified external partners. This includes preservative efficacy testing, which is performed outside the cosmetic production environment.
Our approach is designed to support responsible product development without overstating what testing or regulatory documentation can establish.
