MOQs depend on the formula, fill size, packaging, and manufacturing requirements. Custom manufacturing commonly begins at approximately 500 units per product, while selected LabGrown White Label products may be available in smaller quantities. Contact us to discuss the best fit for your project.

We provide limited label-layout assistance and can help coordinate label printing. Complete brand identity, naming, and graphic-design services may require your own designer or agency.

We do not currently provide fulfillment or dropshipping. Finished goods are shipped to you or to the fulfillment partner you designate.

We combine formulation science, biotechnology research, quality and regulatory support, and in-house U.S. manufacturing. This allows us to consider both product performance and commercial production from the beginning.

No. These fees cover custom professional work and materials and are non-refundable once the work has begun.

Damage caused by a shipping carrier, customs inspection, or conditions outside Innova’s control is generally handled through a carrier claim. Please inspect deliveries promptly, document any damage, and notify us so we can help provide available shipment records.
Link to this answerWhat is LabGrown White Label?
LabGrown White Label allows you to select an established Innova cosmetic formula and launch it under your own brand. It provides a faster alternative to developing a completely new formula from scratch.
Link to this answerWhich products are available?
The LabGrown collection includes selected skincare, hair care, body care, cleansing, and specialty cosmetic products developed by Innova. Availability may vary with raw-material, component, and production readiness.
Link to this answerCan LabGrown products be customized?
Selected formulas may support limited changes such as fragrance, color, viscosity, or compatible marketing ingredients through our Accelerated Launch Program. Major formula changes require a custom formulation project.
Link to this answerWhat is the minimum order quantity?
MOQs vary by formula, fill size, packaging, and component availability. Selected products may begin at lower quantities than full custom manufacturing. We will confirm the applicable MOQ when you choose the product and packaging.
Link to this answerHow long does a white-label launch take?
Timing depends on product availability, packaging, labels, testing needs, and order size. Projects using in-stock components can move more quickly, while sourced or customized components require additional lead time.
Link to this answerCan I provide my own packaging?
Yes. Client-supplied bottles, jars, pumps, and boxes may be used after review for compatibility, quality, quantity, and production suitability. Inspection, testing, or handling fees may apply.
Link to this answerDo you help with label design and printing?
We can support ingredient-list preparation, basic label layout, compliance review, and print coordination. Full creative branding and graphic design may require your own designer or agency.
Link to this answerWhose brand appears on the finished product?
The finished product carries your approved brand and label design. Required responsible-person, manufacturer, distributor, and regulatory information is determined for the project and target market before printing.
Link to this answerCan I try samples before ordering?
Samples are available for many LabGrown products so you can evaluate texture, scent, application, and overall product experience before placing a production order.
Link to this answerCan I request formula changes?
Limited adjustments may be possible for selected products. Changes that materially alter the formula, active system, preservation, performance, or manufacturing process are handled as custom formulation.
Link to this answerAre cosmetic products FDA-approved?
The FDA does not pre-approve most cosmetic products. Cosmetics placed on the U.S. market must meet applicable safety, labeling, facility-registration, product-listing, and other MoCRA requirements. We help define the documentation and responsibilities relevant to your project.
Link to this answerWhat are the payment terms?
Payment terms are confirmed in your quote or agreement. LabGrown White Label orders generally require payment before production begins; custom or larger projects may use a different milestone structure.

Link to this answerCan you help me choose products for my brand?
Yes. We can recommend products based on your target customer, price point, ingredient story, desired routine, brand positioning, packaging, and launch goals.
Link to this answerDo you provide product descriptions or marketing information?
We can provide basic product descriptions, ingredient highlights, directions, and suggested marketing points. Final consumer-facing copy and claims must be reviewed for accuracy and regulatory appropriateness.
